HDS/L-Symposium on 28 June at the ISC

"MEDIA. FASHION. MARKETS." This is the motto of the HDS/L Symposium at the ISC in Pirmasens on 28 June. The symposium, at which top-class speakers are expected, will deal with the challenges of the future.

"It is not only in this country that the fashion market is affected by upheavals. Our extremely volatile industry is undergoing radical change worldwide. The changes affect industry and trade alike: The design, manufacture and sale of fashionable products are constantly subject to new challenges," says HDS/L Managing Director Manfred Junkert with conviction. The continuing trend towards digitalization has changed consumer habits. Low-cost suppliers, online retailers and not least the high expectations of customers demand innovative strategies, to which the speakers at the symposium will comment with interesting contributions.

A founded analysis of the restaurant location Germany permits the lecture of Dr. J?rg shopkeeper. The chief economist of the Commerzbank AG points out the current macroeconomic development and perspectives for the future. Prof. Dr. Martin-Niels Däfler from Nicer Place GmbH in Aschaffenburg knows that patience and composure can be quite exhausting. His lecture entitled "The future used to be better, too: Let's go into digitalization" suggests unusual approaches.

Digitalization also means that many companies are breaking new ground in marketing and addressing customers. These topics are therefore the focus of the lectures by Martin Wuttke and Judith Pierau. Trend expert Wuttke from the Berlin agency nextguruNow will talk about the new appearance of ModEurop and the new concept of the ColourClubConference, among other things, and dare to look ahead to the trends in autumn/winter 2019/20. Judith Pierau from the FleishmanHillard Germany agency will talk about the role played by bloggers and how cooperation with influencers works. The HDS/L Symposium will be rounded off by practical knowledge on the subject of digitisation and an insight into the complex challenges at European policy level.
